1. Information We Collect and Its Use
- IP Address: Collected to determine your country and display the corresponding flag in the game, and for basic analytics and fraud prevention. This data is typically retained for a short period (e.g., up to 30 days) for these operational purposes.
- Platform Identity: If you sign in with Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), we receive an opaque, platform-issued player identifier. This identifier is stored on our servers to link your account across sessions and devices. It is not your name, email address, or any directly identifiable personal information — it is a non-reversible ID issued by Apple or Google.
- Account Profile Data: We store a display name you choose, and a country code derived from your IP address at sign-in. Your display name is visible to other players. You can update your display name and country code from your account settings.
- In-Game Progress and Activity Data: We store information related to your gameplay and progression — such as experience points, levels, virtual currency, game statistics, cosmetic items, purchases, and other data necessary to provide game features, restore your progress across sessions, and enforce gameplay limits.
- Social Feature Data: If you use the friends feature, we store your friend relationships (pending and accepted) to power friend lists, online status, and game invites. Your online status while connected is tracked in server memory only and is not persisted to our database.
- Temporary Verification Data: When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, a short-lived one-time token is generated to verify ad completion before awarding in-game rewards. These tokens expire and are deleted automatically within minutes.
- Advertising Data (via Google AdMob): Through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising network, data may be collected and processed by AdMob according to their own privacy policy. 2. Authentication
When you sign in, we issue a signed authentication token to maintain your session and authenticate requests to our servers. We do not intentionally persist this token in our user database — only your account data (as described above) is stored on our servers.
3. No Collection of Personal Information from Children
Our app is designed for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. Sign-in requires Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, both of which have their own age-gating and parental consent mechanisms. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at daniel.ashraf@kemitware.dev and we will take steps to address your concerns, including deleting the account.
4. Chat Feature
The game includes a live in-match chat feature. We do not log or store chat messages on our servers.
5. Use of Ads and User Consent
This app displays advertisements via Google AdMob. Ad networks may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to provide personalized or non-personalized ads depending on user consent and region-specific requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). For users in jurisdictions that require it (e.g., EU, UK, certain US states), a consent dialog will be shown. On iOS devices, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent as required by Apple's guidelines.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and opt-out of the sale or sharing of your data. Note that in-game currency and items have no real-world value and are non-refundable upon deletion.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Use the app at your own risk.
8. Third-Party Links
Our app may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., links within ads). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites and encourage you to review their privacy statements.
