1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

This app is available for users of all ages. Account sign-in via Apple Game Center or Google Play Games is optional but required to access features such as progress saving, the friends system, and the in-game shop. Sign-in is subject to any age restrictions imposed by Apple or Google on their respective platforms.

3. User Accounts

When you sign in with Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, we create an account linked to your platform identity. One platform identity corresponds to one game account; creating multiple accounts to circumvent game rules or limits is prohibited.

Display names must be 1–14 characters (letters, numbers, hyphens), must be unique, and must not impersonate another person or contain offensive or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove or change any display name that violates these rules.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, exploitation of bugs or limits, cheating, or conduct we determine to be harmful to the game or its community. Upon termination, all in-game progress and items are forfeited.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the app responsibly and to refrain from abusive, offensive, or illegal behavior in any game feature, including chat, friend requests, display names, and online play. Although chat messages are not stored on our servers, inappropriate use (e.g., hate speech, harassment, spam) may be reported by other users and may result in suspension or banning. We reserve the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action based on available information such as IP addresses.

You may not use bots, scripts, automation tools, exploits, reverse engineering, or any unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with the operation of the app.

5. Virtual Items and Progression

The game may include virtual currency, progression systems, cosmetic items, achievements, and other in-game features. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or transferred to another user.
• All virtual items and progression are non-refundable.
• We may modify, reset, or discontinue any in-game feature, currency, item, or limit at any time without notice or liability.
• If your account is deleted or terminated, all associated progress and items are permanently forfeited without compensation.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content, design, and branding are the property of Kemitware LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate all or part of the app, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Kemitware LLC does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that your account data, progress, or items will be preserved in the event of data loss, server failure, or account termination. You use the app at your own sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kemitware LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the app; (iii) any content obtained from the app; (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (v) loss or corruption of your account data, progress, or items — whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Egypt to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the app.
